together with The Candlelight Foundation a non-profit organization. We have been serving the San Diego community for over almost two decades. Our community outreach programs and youth initiatives are designed to help those in need. We do not require that you belong to any particular religious affiliation or financially support our organization in any way. We are always looking for volunteers. You will find that volunteering, you will find happiness and strength.

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month
Every year MMA Academy teams up with Pissed Off Chicks to provide Women's Sexual Assault Prevention Seminars. These training sessions are co-sponsored by the San Diego Police department and funds generated are distributed throughout the community towards community organizations.

Every year since its inception MMA Academy has provided free empowerment and personal safety training for the Annual Women's Resource Fair donations are collected all year long and are distributed to the attendees after participation in one of the P.O.C. seminars.
